Incredible space as you walk in, with cool marble floors and places to take it all in. Staff were all very professional and courteous, particularly in the restaurant, whether having dinner or breakfast. They were knowledgeable about the food and drink. On check out we had our drive to the airport arranged, at a reasonable price. The location is perfect for walking into the city, which we did each day, or catching a tram to wherever you like. The pool is quite big and nicely peaceful. Room was well proportioned and mostly had everything we needed, with good walk in shower. Immaculately clean. The fridge is good for storing drinks especially when it’s 32C outside! Breakfast is incredible with both a la carte and huge buffet selection. Top tip: find the real tea making corner with a hot water urn, selection of teas and teapots - don’t use the coffee machines as the water won’t be hot enough!

The beds and pillows were so comfy it was very hard getting up in the morning. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room service was good value, soup and a club sandwich costing the same as a club sandwich alone in local eateries. Pool and spa were fab. You can get the elevator straight down to the pool allowing you to wear your robe and slippers (all supplied) Location was great. A stones throw along the street from Wenceslas Square. The rooms were cleaned and everything replaced daily. The cocktails were also amazing. Would recommend the Lose Your Identity and Far from Home (based on movies shot there. Bourne Identity and Spiderman Far from Home. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back. Thanks to all the staff.

Comfortable beds and pillows Restock of coffee and tea daily and the cattle was so clean Toilet amenities was so good and luxury The shampoo , shower jel and conditioner was perfect on skin They provide treats every other days to my room like fruits and cakes The Wi-Fi was good The location is amazing few minutes to the live center of Prague and near to the train station as well The staff are friendly and co operative There was an iron and hair dryer which is important to me They lobby is so beautiful and cozy u can have your coffee or welcome drinks and fruits

The hotel is luxurious, staff welcoming & professional. I emailed a few times prior to our stay and they were very accommodating. Hotel is very clean and of a high standard, we used the spa facilities once, which was very nice. We also stayed for breakfast during our stay, and had an evening meal on our first night which was lovely with local wine.

The room was clean, and mainly quiet. The spa was very nice however there were small children allowed. Breakfast was very good, but pricey, and on the weekend there was a live harpist who very very loud.. not sure if it was necessary, but amplified the experience.
