I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for the amazing room upgrade. A very special thank you goes to Ms. Lenka, who went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. She personally ensured that all my needs were taken care of with such kindness and professionalism. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel truly welcome and valued as a guest. I deeply appreciate her efforts and the exceptional service provided. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a personal touch that makes all the difference.

Beautiful hotel in a good central location, lovely staff who were all very helpful. The free room upgrade and birthday treat made us feel very welcome and quite special. The TV had some good channels (in English) to enjoy. The bed was huge and very comfortable with decent pillows and a nice blanket (unlike the usual sheet you would get at standard hotels). The room service breakfast was great. Reception organised a taxi back to the airport for us which saved a lot of hassle as we had an early morning flight. Highly recommend staying here, overall a very positive experience. Thank you!

Second stay and this simply the best hotel to stay in Prague. Yousif youre a legend thank you for everything as well as the rest of the team. Plan to return again soon. Swimming pool and sauna are beyond good. Highly recommended

Our room was beautifully decorated in an old-world "Grand Hotel" style. That said, it was on the small side. I guess that is to be expected with historic properties so it didn't matter to us so much. The spa was lovely and a great way to unwind after a long several days exploring Prague. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Huge selection in a beautiful setting. Well worth paying for a room that includes breakfast.

The property was beautiful and clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great here. We enjoyed the spa and the breakfast was excellent.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of prague. A great spa, pool and gym for the guests to use. The most amazing service and staff, especially the lovely Eduard who was very helpful and always with a smile.

Absolutely beautiful building, right next to the main train station in the city center. 7 minute walk to and from the station. The foyer is spectacular. Has probably the best buffet breakfast I've ever had, and 28 EUR per person is reasonable given endless food and drink. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Croissants that might be better than the ones I had in Southern France. Marble indoor pool is a very nice setup when there's a storm for the day. Free high-quality umbrellas provided at the front door help too. Staff is tremendous. Very helpful.

We had an exceptional experience staying at NH Collection Prague Carlo IV. The hotel is located a short walking distance from the old town. The room was spotless, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with loads of food options to choose from. We did not try the complimentary Spa, so I cannot comment. A highly recommended hotel that is worth paying a little extra, for a comfortable and relaxing stay
